高盛料匯控(00005-HK)去年收入雙位數增長機會微，予「中性」評級

高盛發表研究報告，指匯豐控股是具投資價值的個股，但短期內股價的增長動力有限，2010年錄得收入的雙位數增長機會不大，該行維持該股「中性」及目標價95元，以反映潛在升幅10%，指短期再大升的空間有限。

高盛於報告中指，匯控若能錄得切實強勁的收入增長，而非僅僅得益於撥備的減少，該股的投資價值才能有所突破；與此同時，該行分析指出，匯控將很難於2011年錄得收入的雙位數增長。

高盛指出，若匯控可令其利潤率提升10個基點，亞洲貸款及費用收入增長將分別達至兩成，則整體收入增長能達到3%；該行表示，料在基本情況假定下，2012年的整體收入增長為7%。

高盛指，如要達到10%的收入增長，則須全球銀行同業拆息提升50個基點，或是美國政府債券孳息率增加250個基點，兩者均意味著淨息差可提升13個基點；又或者是，亞洲貸款及費用收入分別可增加37%，而非現該行預測值17%及14%。

高盛預測2010至2012年匯控將錄得每股盈利5.96仙、8.05仙及9.54仙，預測三個年度的市盈率分別為14.5倍、10.8倍及9.1倍，預測三年的市賬率分別為1.5倍、1.3倍及1.2倍，並料未來三年的股本回報率分別為10.2%、12.8%及14%。

瑞信升雨潤食品(01068-HK)目標價至33元，料跑贏大市

瑞信發表研究報告，重申對雨潤食品「跑贏大市」的投資評級，及上調其目標價由30.3元升至33元，此相當預測2011年核心市盈率27.4倍。

瑞信，看好雨潤食品，因其為受惠通脹主題的股份，料可受惠國家政策的支持，從其過往的營運數據顯示，倘若雨潤上調豬肉產品的價格，將可提升其毛利表現。

但該行指，下調雨潤食品於2011年及2012年每股盈利預測各8%，各至1.2及1.6元，以反映調整其對豬肉價格、毛利表現及配售新股攤薄的影響因素，估計其2011年至2012年的毛利率各為14.2%及13.8%。

瑞信稱，雨潤食品未來潛在的催化劑包括﹕豬肉價格高於預期﹐瑞信目前預計豬肉價格將較上年上漲10，並指其現價相當預測2011年市盈率22.8倍、市帳率3.9倍，及股本回報率的18.1%。

大摩：中國互聯網股在2011年仍然「有吸引力」

摩根士丹利發表研究報告指，中國的互聯網以及媒體板塊在2011年仍然「有吸引力」。

大摩指出，受惠於中央電視台黃金時段廣告高價拍賣記錄的刺激，相信中國的廣告公司很快會提高他們的廣告費用。並預計新浪和分眾傳媒有限公司2011年收入將增長30%至40%。而包括騰訊(0700-HK)在內網絡遊戲開發商今年亦將續寫網易「魔獸世界」的成功經歷。

同時，微薄的廣泛使用將成為新浪的動力引擎，中國網民對視頻的需求將給搜狐帶來強勁增長，攜程旅行網以及在線購物網站淘寶也將有不俗的表現。

大摩重申對騰訊(00700-HK)增持的評級，料第四季純利升46%

摩根士丹利發表研究報告，重申對騰訊「增持」的評級，並預測騰訊2010年第四季度純利較第三季度增長2%，按年增長46%，至22億元人民幣（下同），期內每股收益由第三季度的1.16元增長至1.18元。2009年第四季度騰訊每股收益為0.81元。

大摩指出，第四季度是騰訊互聯網增值服務的淡季，該服務營業額預計在期內按季度增長4%，按年增長51%，至43億元。互聯網增值服務佔騰訊總收入的80%。

大摩預計，騰訊於2010，2011和2012年三年，純利將分別達，80.53億，103.37億和120.45億，按年分別增長，41.3%，39.2%和37.5%。期內每股盈利預計為4.33元，5.52元以及6.60元。

國泰君安：人行旨回籠巨量流動性非緊縮，料內銀股可跑贏大市

國泰君安(香港)發表研究報告，就人民銀行公布自2011年1月20日起上調法定存款準備金率0.5個百分點，自此，大型國有銀行存款準備金率達到19%，中小型銀行存款準備金率達到17%，認為此次存款準備金率上調，是為了回籠巨量央票到期所釋放的流動性，並不是新的緊縮信號。

國泰君安(香港)指，維持對中資銀行業「跑贏大市」評級。此次上調法定存款準備金率對銀行業盈利的負面影響較為輕微，在較緊的信貸環境中銀行的凈息差能夠獲得改善。基於銀行業相對較低的估值以及監管風險逐步釋放，仍維持其「跑贏大市」評級，並推薦建設銀行(0939-HK)、民生銀行(1988-HK)和中信銀行（00998HK）。

該行指，在最近兩個月，由於央票的二級市場息率明顯高於一級市場，央票的發行規模急劇縮減，這導致了人行在公開市場上呈現持續向市場投放流動性的特徵，在2011年1到4月份將會有1.74萬億央票陸續到期，央行此次上調存款準備金率，是選擇了一個相對於央票更低成本的政策工具，來回籠即將到期的巨量流動性。央行此次行動是由央票回籠流動性失靈所導致，並不能被解讀為新的緊縮信號。

國泰君安(香港)認為，此次存款準備金率上調對銀行2011年的盈利影響介於負0.18%%至負0.23%，負面影響並不顯著，由於2010年存款準備金率持續上調，銀行業幾乎沒有超額準備金。

花旗：澳門賭業股將受惠基建，料2011年博彩收入升25%

花旗發表研究報告，指廣州至珠海捷運於今年1月5日起通行，意味著澳門的訪客量將會增加，澳門賭業可因此受惠；該行指，估計約7成內地訪澳旅客來自廣州省，廣珠捷運令旅途時間由4小時縮減至1.5小時，不僅會增加旅客數量，還將旅客的賭場娛樂消費時間延長；另外，該行指出，若武漢廣州高鐵貫通，則預計 2011年內地訪澳旅客將會增加20%。

花旗於報告中指，將2011年澳門博彩收入預測調升至295億元(美元,下同)，意味著按年增加25%，隨著珠海拱北門北捷運貫通，以及金沙Sites 5&6於2012年初開幕，預計2012年博彩收入將按年增長15%，而非此前預測的10%。

花旗續指，將澳門博彩營運商於2011至2012財政年度的盈利預測平均提升13%至15%，其中首選股包括銀娛(0027-HK)及金沙中國(1928-HK)。

花旗：銀娛(00027-HK)為今年澳門賭業股搶佔市場最大贏家，升目標價37%

花旗發表研究報告，指銀河娛樂將成為2011年澳門賭業股中市場份額競爭中最大贏家，市佔率由11%升至14%，重申對其「買入」，目標價由9.2元調升36.96%至12.6元，以反映潛在回報率16.2%，此相當預測2011年的ebitda的13.7倍估值。

花旗報告指，料2011年澳博(0880-HK)續為澳門賭業股中市場份額龍頭，市佔率料錄29%，較其2010年市佔率下滑2個百分點，該行分析原因是澳門賭業的焦點由半島轉移至路(乙水)，從而料路(乙水)的賭場營運商將可增加或至少維持其佔整體澳門博彩收入中的份額。

花旗指，已調高銀河娛樂於2010財政年度每股盈利預測8%至34仙，較市場普遍預期高17%。

花旗預測，銀娛2010指2012年淨利潤分別為13.52億、16.61億及22.99億元，預測該三個年度的市盈率分別為31.6倍、25.8倍及18.6倍。
