花旗調高和黃(00013-HK)目標至106元，分拆港口可升NAV2元

花旗發表研究報告，就和記黃埔公布擬分拆和記港口控股信托於新交所上市，重申對和黃「買入」的投資評級，及上調其目標價由91.5元升至106元，此較每股資產淨值預測96.28元有10%的溢價，亦相當預測2011年市帳率1.3倍。

花旗指，和黃分拆計劃有助其提升估值，料分拆港口業務可升和黃每股資產淨值約2元，此基於同業估值約17倍至18倍推算；而該行估計，和黃下港口業務的每股資產淨值相當於13.18元

該行表示，由於和黃目前未有透露詳情的分拆港口業務預料，但若其維持有關信託的持股量約25%推算，估計港口業務上市集資額或達400億元。

花旗估計，和黃於2010年至2012年每股盈利預測各4.08、4.88及7元，可按年升22.6%、19.6%及43.6%，此相當預測2011年及2012年市盈率各19.2倍及13.4倍。

花旗下調恆安(01044-HK)目標至72元，指利潤率受壓加劇

花旗發表研究報告，指恆安國際2010年下半年所面臨利潤率方面的壓力高於預期，維持該股「買入」，但目標價由78元下調至72元，以反映2011年預測市盈率30倍。

花旗報告指，由於預計2010年下半年紙巾毛利率約34%，較此前預估38.7%為低，下半年的銷售費用佔比亦較此前預估值17.7%為高，至18.8%，故此該行調低2010及2011財政年度的盈利預測，分別降8%及6%。

花旗指，料恆安2010年上半年及下半年的木漿成本分別較前一個半年增加25%及20%，照此估計，料2011財年的木漿成本將會按年增加15%；其中該行對木漿價格分析顯示，2011年上半年木漿價格將會回調14%，而下半年將繼續轉而上升；該行料2011年木漿平均價格將較2010年降7%。

花旗指，恆安於2010年7月調升了衛生間用紙巾價格10%，隨著成本壓力繼續增加，預計2011年還將會有一次調價，料整體平均售價將增加6%；另一方面，該行指出，公司的紙尿褲面臨了與03、04年間衛生巾產品同樣的問題，即低端產品表現不佳，而公司目前缺乏高端紙尿褲，因此料此分部的業績表現將較公司另外兩個分部差；該行繼指，因恆安計劃於今年推出新的紙尿褲產品，因此預計2010年及2011年該分部銷售增長將分別為22%及28%。

花旗預測恆安國際2010至2012年淨利潤分別為23.12億、29.69億及37.23億元，預計其三年的市盈率分別為32.3倍、25.2倍及20.1倍，並預計三年的股本回報率為25%、29.3%及32.8%。

DBS升中移動(00941-HK)評級至「買入」，目標價上望86元

DBS 唯高達發表研究報告，落後於恆指的中國移動，未來盈利或會令市場帶來驚喜，及相信今年股息率達4.1%，可為股價帶來支持，決定上調其投資評級，由「全面反映價值」升至「買入」，及上調其目標價，由原來69元升至86元，此相當預測2011年市盈率12倍，潛在升幅達10%。

DBS唯高達估計，中移動近期營運可望持續改善，將有助改善股價的表現，兼且本港股市的流動性仍然非常充裕，有助提升對中移動的估值水平，並指中移動已開始在內地6個城市啟動試用4G的TD-LTE制式，包括上海、深圳、廣州、南京、廈門等地，倘若未來擴大規模，或成股價催化劑，但料內地短期不會發出4G的牌照。

工銀國際：買入神華(01088-HK)，看好其增長及併購前景

工銀國際發表研究報告，上周參與了中國神華的路演並參觀將向母公司收購的主要資產，位於內蒙古東部的神寶公司和呼電公司，指神寶公司、呼電公司和潔淨煤公司之間產生的顯著協同效益與神華的一體化業務策略一致，此外，神華集團現時擁有的資產將進一步推動上市公司中國神華的未來增長，決定維持中國神華「買入」評級和目標價38.7元。

工銀國際指，神華集團現時擁有的資產將進一步推動上市公司中國神華的未來增長，截至2009 年底，神華集團直接擁有1 億噸煤炭年產能以及3,400 兆瓦裝機容量，分別佔上市公司神華各自產能的48%和15%；此外，截至2010年6月底，中國神華手頭現金800億人民幣(約320億來自2007年9 月A股上市)，因此該行認為公司有足夠財務資源作進一步收購資產行動。

路演期間，工銀國際指，參觀即將收購的內蒙古東部資產，包括位於呼倫貝爾的神寶公司和呼電公司。神寶公司現時擁有露天煤礦、露天煤礦接續區和寶雁煤礦，2009年總產量1,330萬噸；神寶公司正申請第三煤礦接續區的採礦權，預料該區將於2013 年前投入運作，設計年產能1,000 萬噸。

較長遠看，相信神寶公司煤炭總產能於2015 年底將升至5,000萬噸。由於區內煤炭為褐煤(其熱值偏低，濕度偏高)，神華正考慮透過潔淨煤公司處理褐煤以增加煤炭外銷的質素；同時，生產的大部份煤炭將供應給當地用戶，包括呼電公司。呼電公司一期(兩臺600 兆瓦的發電機組)已於2010年12月落成，第二期(另外兩台600 兆瓦的發電機組)的前期可行性研究工作正在進行中；而神寶公司、呼電公司和潔淨煤公司之間產生的顯著協同效益與神華的一體化業務策略一致。

摩通調高銀河娛樂(00027-HK)評級至「增持」，升目標價76%

摩根大通發表研究報告，指銀河娛樂未來將受惠於貴賓廳發展的強勁趨勢及澳門銀河開幕的雙重驅動力，將其評級由「中性」升至「增持」，目標價亦由7.65元調升76.47%至13.5元，以反映將澳門銀河的市盈率由9倍提升至12倍。

摩通於報告中指，2010年銀娛的貴賓廳收入按年增長70%，料2011年很有可能持續此增長勢頭，料該股股價於今年上半年將繼續受惠於此。

摩通指，擬於今年第二季度開幕的澳門銀河，將成為該股估值的主要驅動力，由於投資者更有可能相信澳門銀河將作出超過預期的亮麗表現，因此短期內對其股價將大幅提振；該行指，目前市場對2012年澳門銀河EBITDA的估值為29億元，較為保守，對日後向上調整估值有較大空間；此外，隨著項目開幕逐步臨近，相信該股增長動力還會加強。

摩通預測銀娛2010指2012年淨利潤分別為13.16億、21.13億及30.69億元，預測該股三年度的市盈率分別為35.2倍、22.1倍及15.4倍，並預測該股三年的股本回報率為14.9%、20%及23.4%。
