平底鍋放入少許橄欖油,放入切塊的培根,稍微炒過,待培根肉邊緣稍微金黃後,先取出備用。

原鍋放入洋蔥丁及拍扁的大蒜炒香,待洋蔥丁呈現透明後將大蒜取出。

同時煮開水,放入五木營養麵條,煮的時間請比包裝說明所需時間縮短約2mins。

白醬鍋放入小豆苗及帕馬森起司。
